No. No it's not. You can download the ringtones FOR FREE to your computer all day long and then email them to your text inbox. I LOVE this site for that.


You can also put them on your micro-SD card and put them on your phone that way if you dont have multi-media texting. OR bluetooth them if your computer and phone are set up that way. Luckily, I can use all three methods.
